Carli Sapir on filling unmet needs and investing in Women's Health.
Today we’re getting under the hood of Carli Sapir a daughter, sister, friend women’s advocate, and the Forbes 30 Under 30 Founding Partner of Amboy Street Ventures – an early-stage VC fund dedicated to women’s health and sexual health startups.
Carli has an affinity for startups in the women’s health & sexual health landscape due to personal health experiences. She is also the Founder of the Female Founded Club (FFC), a global platform that introduces VC investors to high-quality female-founded startups.
While running the FFC, she recognized that the lack of venture capital flowing to the women’s health and sexual health market is stunting the growth of startups that tackle significant health problems for all genders.
Carli founded Amboy Street Ventures to initiate a shift in the funding landscape that, until now, dictated the innovation in the women’s health and sexual health space.
Carli has a background in Private Equity and Engineering.
